INNOVO Corporation’s new product line offers tube manufacturers and
tube fabricator’s a full range of high speed single and double end tube
notching capabilities. Accurate notch to notch centers can be held to
closer tolerances because of the system and notching head design.
+/- .0025" to .010" notch to notch.
Machines or systems are offered with many available options as listed below:
Single end or double end tube notching.   Manual load and unload to fully automatic hopper fed systems.  From short 6.0" tube lengths to over 240" tube lengths
Machine or system rates from 600 to over 1200 PPH
Higher rates can be achieved by notching more than one tube at a time in the system.
Systems to take your tubes direct from your tube mill run off table
Weld seam detection to locate and position the weld to the notch
Out of tolerance length check detection
