Custom Cut-Off Dies & Systems

This section shows many of the die set mounted tooling and stand alone equipment applications we have provided for the following: 

• Die set tooling to cut a pre-bent tube into two pieces
• Die set tooling to trim ends of pre-bent tubes, one end per press stroke
• Die set tooling to trim to length single ends of end formed tubes
• Die set tooling to crush form and cut to length tubes, feed through style
• Standalone machine to trim both ends of an end formed tube in a single cycle
• Standalone machine to trim both ends of a pre-bent tube in a single cycle
