Drilling a hole pattern in tube is slow and puts a chip in every part. Laser is flexible but expensive per hole at volume. Piercing punches the hole through the wall with a die in a fraction of a second, with no chips and no heat — which is why production tube parts are pierced.

Parts are located and clamped once, every station fires, and the finished part comes out. For thin-wall tube and aluminum extrusions we pierce over a mandrel so the section holds its shape. The piercing dies come from our own tool and die shop.

Piercing machines are built to order. These are the configurations most parts land in.
One die, one hit. The operator locates the part against a stop; the machine clamps and pierces. Right for a single hole or a small pattern at moderate volume.
Several dies fire in one clamp so a complete pattern is produced per load. Fewer touches, no repositioning, and the pattern's accuracy comes from the machine.
The part is indexed by servo between hits, so hole pitch, count, and end offsets are recipe settings. Changing a product is a program change, not a fixture rebuild.
