Tube mills and processors add value by shipping tube that's ready to assemble — cut to length and end-notched so the customer welds instead of fits. The bottleneck is rate: a mill cuts thousands of lengths a shift, and a hand or hole-saw notcher can't follow.
Innovo's H237DN-D and H237DN2-D are hopper-fed, hydraulic double-notch machines built for exactly that job. Bundles of cut tube go into the hopper; each cycle notches both walls of both ends; finished parts come out at 1,000 to 2,400 per hour depending on model. The tooling is built in the same shop as the machine, so a notch profile change is a tooling set, not a new machine.
All three share the same capacity and double-notch action. The difference is how the tube gets to the tooling.

Rates are for the standard notch tooling. Larger tube, special profiles, or in-line integration are quoted as a custom machine build.
Cut-to-length bundles move from the mill to the notching cell. One operator loads the hopper and unloads finished parts. This is the standard configuration and the fastest to install.
Run a length, change the tooling set for the next notch profile, run the next length. Tooling sets are built here, so adding a profile doesn't mean another machine.
